How do I buy online from Fignoc Online?
Add what you need to the cart, enter your delivery address and phone number at checkout, and pay through Paynow. You do not need an account to order, and you can send the order on WhatsApp instead if you would rather arrange payment on delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment online is through Paynow, which covers EcoCash, OneMoney, ZimSwitch, InnBucks and Visa or Mastercard. Cash on delivery in Harare can be arranged on WhatsApp. Prices are in USD. Paynow shows the EcoCash prompt on your phone; approve it and the order is confirmed immediately.
Do you accept EcoCash?
Yes. EcoCash is paid through Paynow at checkout: choose Paynow, enter your EcoCash number, and approve the prompt on your phone.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery inside Harare can be arranged - send the order on WhatsApp to +263 78 628 0414 and we will confirm it before the driver leaves. Orders placed and paid on the website go through Paynow.
How much is delivery in Harare?
Delivery is $3 flat in the Harare CBD and $0.50 per kilometre beyond it. It is free on orders over $40 within 10 km of the CBD.
How long does delivery take?
Orders paid before 11:00 on a working day are delivered the same day in Harare, and orders paid after 11:00 go out the next working day. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, and you get a WhatsApp message when the driver is on the way.
Which areas of Harare do you deliver to?
Fignoc delivers across Harare and the surrounding suburbs, up to 30 km from the CBD. The delivery areas page lists every suburb we cover with its delivery charge.
Are your prices in USD?
Yes. Every price on the site is in United States dollars, which is the price you pay at checkout. There is no separate ZWG price.
Can I get a bulk or wholesale price?
Yes. Most products carry a lower per-unit price once you order the bulk minimum shown on the product page, and resellers, schools and companies are quoted individually. Send the list on WhatsApp to +263 78 628 0414.
Do you invoice companies and schools?
Yes. Fignoc supplies institutions against a purchase order and issues an invoice and delivery note. Email the requisition to info@fignoc.co.zw or send it on WhatsApp.
What if an item arrives wrong or damaged?
Tell us on WhatsApp the same day with a photograph. Incorrect, damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded once checked, as set out on the delivery and returns page.
Do you have a shop I can visit in Harare?

What are your trading hours?
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 13:00, Harare time. WhatsApp messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
