Returns Policy

Reach out via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Full refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original packaging are not eligible for return. Bundle items must be returned complete.

Refunds are returned via the original payment method. PayNow refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear. Cash on delivery refunds are processed at our next delivery visit.
